All of our luxury wallpapers and prints are printed to order so please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery.

Wallpaper samples will be delivered within 5 working days.

Please note that we only accept returns if the product is damaged or faulty as everything is printed to order. 

We do not accept returns for colour/aesthetic reasons. We highly recommend you to order a sample before ordering so you can be sure of what the fabric/wallpaper looks like.

To make a return please email victoria@victoriasandersdesign.com with the reason why you wish to return, we will evaluate and if approved send you a shipping label for the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days

*Please note if you are a customer outside the UK, you will be responsible for paying any duties or taxes on purchases at your end. If unsure of how much duties are likely to be, please look into this before making a purchase. We will not process refunds or returns if you are unhappy with the amount your country charges in taxes.
